Standard Shipping
Orders shipped Standard within the United States usually arrive within 2 - 8 business days, based on location, from date of purchase. Standard shipments to PO Box addresses usually arrive within 3 - 11 business days and Standard shipments to APO/FPO addresses usually arrive within 9 - 15 business days. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
Express Shipping
Orders shipped Express within the United States usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days from date of purchase. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Canada
Standard Shipping
Orders shipped Standard to Canada usually arrive within 9 - 12 business days, based on location, from date of purchase. Shipping is free on orders of C$150 or more. Currently, WBestWind does not offer Express shipping on Canada orders.

Where Do You Ship?
WBestWind ships to the locations available at checkout. If a country, region, PO Box, APO/FPO address, or postal code is not accepted by checkout, contact support before placing the order.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the destination, order value, and available shipping method. Free shipping applies only when the checkout or promotion terms show that the order qualifies.
Which Shipping Company Do You Use?
The carrier depends on destination and service level. Your shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name and tracking number once the order ships.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders move into processing shortly after checkout. Business days exclude weekends and holidays, and high-volume sale periods may add processing time.
How Can I Track My Order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or the order lookup page. Tracking can take up to one business day to update after the carrier receives the package.
